And now we welcome
the new year,
full of things
that have never been
Happy New Year from Leadership Formation Partners! We hope 2019 is beginning well for you. Another new year: what will it hold? What are your personal resolutions and ministerial goals for this year? What’s exciting you as you begin anew? As LFP marks its five-year anniversary this month, we look ahead and share exciting updates with you.
Collaborative Partners and New Cohorts
For LFP, the New Year finds us working with both established clients and new partners. We are excited to begin cohorts for Mission: Day by Day with SSM Health and Penn State Health St. Joseph. We are pleased to add SSM Health through our introduction from Agnesian HealthCare who began their 5th cohort last fall.
PSHSJ’s needs and formation strategy reflect the signs of the times as hospitals are spun off from their founding organizations to join other non-Catholic systems. LFP wants to serve ministries in this situation. Pass this email along to a colleague if their Catholic hospital or ministry is now part of a not-for-profit, community-based or for-profit system. These ministries are often on their own and need support to provide excellent and affordable ministry formation.
New For 2019: An Exclusive Formation Cohort
Leadership Formation Partners turns five as we begin this new year. In honor of this landmark year, LFP will begin a program in May for select small groups or individuals to join together in an 18-month long Mission: Day by Day formation cohort. This special cohort will be facilitated by Bridget and Beth.
We invite you to consider sending a triad or small group to experience the program. People interested in mission integration will be well served in this program as will those who have a passion for the mission and formation. Contact us for more information at info@LFPnow.com.
This new year finds us exploring expansion into the education ministry. This opportunity comes to us from LCWR and the need expressed by the sisters at their annual gathering. Stay tuned to see how this new adventure unfolds; or reach out if you have particular interest in this collaboration.
We’ve also added quarterly webinars to our calendar and hope you will join us. The next webinar is February 20 at 10:00 a.m. pacific, 11:00 mountain, noon central, 1:00 eastern time. More to come on “5 Must Haves of a Great Ministry Formation Program.”
Another new year: what will it hold for each of us? For Catholic healthcare? For Catholic education? What is your ministry formation strategy this year? Reach out for a conversation to learn how we can help you expand the reach of formation in your organization.
May the New Year be filled with many blessings for you and your ministry.
