An opportunity to learn and grow with others in service of the ministry
This ministry formation program is offered to those interested in greater roles in mission integration, who are open to engaging with a broad group of participants from various organizations. Participants will increase their competence and confidence to integrate mission and values into all aspects of Catholic ministry. The opportunity to learn from and network with others will provide a robust ministry formation experience from which to learn and grow.
New for 2019: A special cohort with small groups from select organizations will be led by Bridget Deegan-Krause and Beth McPherson, founders and creators of the award-winning Mission: Day by Day.
Program length: Nine 6-week sessions conducted over 18 months
Begins: June 2019
Participants: Triads or small groups from mission driven Catholic organizations
Cohort size: Limited to 30 participants
Cost: $2,500 per participant (10% discount for groups of 5 or more)
- Gatherings are conducted at a distance, with one 90-minute and one 3 hour meeting each session; meetings will include process, small group work and dialogue supported through webinar technology
- Additional resources and readings provided, along with structures and templates for local gatherings with your small group
- Utilizes expert-developed content in a flexible blended learning environment with subject matter expert support
